The central image is borrowed from a portrait of Philip IV by Diego Velazquez, the text from a song by David Bowie. I’ve visited one and listened to the other so often over the years that, in a real sense, they’ve become part of me, as they are part of many people. I’d never thought of them, brought them, together until now. And now, there they are. There we are. Lost in time.
