Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2pm are normally dispatched the following working day. For example, an order placed on Monday before 2pm would be dispatched on Tuesday. An order placed on Friday before 2pm would be dispatched the following Monday.

 

All goods are shipped by recorded delivery with a courier. Items are fully insured during transit and require a signature on delivery.

*Our studio is not currently open at weekends. Click & Collect is available Monday-Friday between 9:30 and 17:00.

 

International shipments will be sent accompanied by a customs declaration. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges to be paid in the destination country.

 

CLICK & COLLECT

For our local customers we offer a free Click & Collect service from our Castle Mills Studio:

Collection is currently available Monday-Friday 9:30-17:00 ONLY. Due to Covid-19 our building remains closed to the general public and we have a small team working onsite during the week.

 

On arrival please ring the buzzer and a member of staff will bring your print to the door for you. While Covid restrictions are in place please do not enter the building. Limited parking is available at the rear of the building, accessed from Dundee St. 

 

Orders placed before 2pm will be ready for collection the following working day. For example, an order placed on Monday before 2pm would be ready to collect on Tuesday. An order placed on Friday before 2pm would be ready to collect the following Monday.

 

PACKAGING OF PRODUCTS

All our products are packaged by our specially trained sales team to ensure safe delivery. Medium and larger sized prints are rolled in a wide diameter tube, and smaller prints are wrapped between reinforced card. All packaging materials are of archive quality and are acid free.

 

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 28 days of receipt of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and shipped in suitable protective packaging. Return postage charges are at the expense of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items in transit and as such we recommend that you return items through a recorded delivery service. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit we reserve the right to deduct this from any refund payment due to you, the customer.

 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe there is a fault with your item you should notify us immediately and a member of our sales team will investigate the damage. If a damaged work is returned to us without prior notice we cannot guarantee any refund until the damage has been investigated.

Where a genuine fault is found we will ask you to return the item to us. If we are unable to provide a suitable repair or replacement you will receive a full refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our prints slight colour variations may occur. Minor colour variations will not warrant the product to be classed as faulty.
